Benchmark Service Information:

If your home is in need of service please fill out the Lionsworthe Homes Service Request Form below. Once submitted, a Lionsworthe Homes Liaisonwill be in touch with you within 1 business day of your request. 

Upon completion of this requisition form Lionsworthe Homes will contact you to set up an appointment at the home number you provide.

*Please Note* Working hours are from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday except holidays. With the exception of emergencies, all service requisitions must be verified before being processed.
